THE 86TH GLASGOW BOYS BRIGADE
ABOUT US
The Boys’ Brigade was founded in Glasgow on 4th October 1883 by Sir William Alexander Smith.
From this one Company formed in Scotland the BB has grown in to a worldwide movement having worked with millions of children and young people for well over a century.
The 86th Glasgow Boys' Brigade covers Giffnock and all Boys are welcome at our halls pictured here in Church Road, Giffnock.
The staff at the BB promote the work of the Company through their further voluntary work at Giffnock Community Hub.
The images below depict some of the better times when we could meet taken from recent years.

VOLUNTEER WITH US
Staff are volunteers and if you are reading this and think after the lockdown you would like to help our young people get back into activities please get in touch.
We can all look to the enthusiasm of officers through the years who have led Boys through thick and thin and admired what they achieved. More than ever they need our support.
